- Relevant candidates will then be interviewed in-depth to establish how well they meet the assignment specification.
- You will be presented with a shortlist, explaining our rationale for selection.
- We will then draw up and oversee an in-depth second interview programme.
- Once a candidate is selected, we will manage the complex negotiation process, potential counter offer issues and notice period.
- After a settling in period, we will then meet with you and your new employee and review how well your requirement was met and discuss your future plans and potential further requirements.
