The Role
To establish “from scratch” an Insurance and Financial Services Division, taking responsibility for fee earning for at least 2 years.
To recruit, train and develop a team of 6 consultants over an initial 2-year period
To develop a permanent and interim recruitment business within public and private sectors
To develop into an Area Management role with responsibility for several teams and locations, ideally within a 5-year period.
The Person
A driven, energetic and ambitious Insurance and Financial Services recruiter, you may be in a management position currently or you may be an experienced fee earner feeling frustrated with progress in your current company.
You will have the ability to attract, train and motivate high-calibre recruitment professionals.
You will have the ability to develop client relationships and to devise innovative methods of candidate generation. Your focus must be on driving the business forward and increasing market share.
