Your SQL Server skills must include: - Development of cubes using SQL stored procedures and SQL 2005 ETL. - Strong SQL Server management/configuration skills (DTS log-ins etc) - Transact SQL (DDL, DML), Crystal Reports and SQL Analysis Services.
My client is a substantial and successful financial services organisation with a Pan-European reach. The role carries responsibility for: - The design and development of a new suite of data warehouse technologies - The selection of data from/migration of data between different application databases - The development/deployment of changes to the SQL data warehouse.
Experience of deploying a data warehouse and of developing Crystal Reports based on database-stored procedures would be ideal but training will be given to those with a strong knowledge of SQL. This is an excellent opportunity to occupy a high-profile position on an enterprising new project.
