Software Release Support Analyst – Warrington, Cheshire – To £25,033

My client is a highly-respected software solution provider with a specialist Software Release Support team, so strong is their commitment to both quality and volume of software delivery. The role has comprehensive involvement in the Software Release arena and you will be involved throughout the design, build and test lifecycles. A profile which fits the following is essential:

At least 18 months’ experience in Software Release Support
Issue management skills within a large software business
Exposure to either System Testing or Technical Support for a software product
Knowledge of web-based solutions, HTML and XML
 
A key part of this Software Release role is the ability to assess specific software issues to determine whether configuration/system profile changes could provide a solution. Experience of having performed fixes via this method would be ideal. For Software Release roles, my client has a preference for a proactive, positive outlook when dealing with problems and issues

A world leading supplier in healthcare products and solutions is looking for a Support Manager. The Support Manger will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing management of support to a world wide client base with full responsibility for resource management. Most of the time will be made up of ensuring support issues are resolved within Service Level Agreement timescales. Further responsibilities to include continual around the clock support and training and rostering of on-call staff. This includes the training and rostering of on-call staff. Previous experience of staff management and software support essential and experience within an NHS IT organization would be a plus.
