My client has a specific requirement for an experienced SLA Compliance Reporting Analyst within an IT environment. The role carries responsibility for the production of a series of compliance reports related to Customer Contracts and Accreditation/ Standards bodies. The required skill profile for the role comprises:
In-depth experience of producing/ maintaining Compliance reports relevant to an ITIL-based IT function A good knowledge of ITIL gained via implementing ITIL processes Strong admin and co-ordination skills within a Compliance/ Quality environment Some exposure to managing Customer Contracts/ SLA’s within an IT setting Proven ability to extract and assimilate data in the production of high-quality Compliance reports You will be encouraged to take ownership of actions, projects, systems and people within the Compliance reporting function. A background in a Software Products business with a commitment to Quality and Standards would be ideal. A “hands-on” approach, relationship-building skills and the ability to generate enthusiasm for Compliance processes and excellent communication skills are also desirable.
